To start, gently remove any excess liquid from the garment using the back of a spoon. Then, apply a generous amount of color-free shaving cream to the stain and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes. 

It is important to let the shaving cream sit to give it time to break down the makeup particles. Once the time is up, rinse the area with cool water and repeat the process if necessary. For best results, hand wash the clothing using a laundry bar or wash it in a washing machine.
