Return Policy

RETURN / TERMS 
To be concidering when you return your order or a part of it: 
• Please return the item within 14 days. 
• Prodcucts that have been used or carried may not be returned (exception only for 
material or production defects). 
• Return the item in the original packaging. 
• Do not forget to save the return parcel number you receive from the 
postaloffice or your shipping agent until everything is ready. 
• Do not attach a new order or change the order on the return slip.

customer service. This way you avoid unnecessary delays.

Please note that upon return, a return fee of SEK 49 will be charged.
NOTE!
Please return the item/s directly to the return address provided on your 
delivery/shipping slip. We do not have the opportunity to collect returns via agents. 

It usually takes about 12 working days (Mon-Fri) to receive and process your returned 
item/s in our warehouse. You will receive a return receipt via email, when your 
return is processed. 

Please note that you do not have the right to cancel or return product/s purchased 
that have been customized especially for you or products with a personal design upon your
request,as these are made specifically for you. These goods can not be returned unless there are manufacturing defects.
What is the return policy for facemasks? 
As long as the packaging has not been opened, our normal return policy applies to this product. If the packaging has been opened, it is not possible to return or change the 
product due to health reasons, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
What is the return policy for caps, beanies & hats? 
As long as the packaging has not been opened, our normal return policy applies to this product/s. If the packaging has been opened, is it not possible to return or 
change the product due to hygiene reasons, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
